A B2B SaaS platform for restaurants and food delivery businesses in Brazil, designed to simplify the entire operation, from order to delivery. I own the product end to end: architecture, back-end, front-end, infrastructure and strategy.
Key features:
- WhatsApp ordering with a non-intrusive bot that only hands off to a human attendant when the customer asks
- Digital menu with a unique public link per store
- Order management with a dedicated attendant screen and point of sale
- Kitchen display for real-time preparation tracking
- Delivery driver management with daily settlement
- Menu import via spreadsheet, with iFood and Aiqfome integrations in development

Internal application for employees of Cooperativa Agrária Agroindustrial, one of Brazil's large agro-industrial cooperatives, built from scratch: I took part in requirements gathering, design and all full stack development. Features include filters, notifications, permission groups and rules, and project reports.
